Dear fellow countrywomen! Dear mothers!
I sincerely congratulate you on the Mother´s Day a good, bright holiday, the blessed essence of which enlightens everybody´s life.
This special holiday differs from other social festivities, as it unites and embodies human virtues and everlasting values love, charity, kindness, wisdom, beauty in the fullest, most intimate and concordant way. It is neither restricted nor regulated by any time or space zones; it is not limited by any borders and is independent of social, age or national circumstances. The name of the mother has always been sacred. It symbolizes life and its beginning, embodies its fundamental principle.
Celebration of the Mother´s Day is a golden opportunity to present our immense gratitude and deep respect to a woman-mother, to reflect upon the everlasting social institutions closely connected with her: family-kin-nation.
